Ordering Information

Payments: can be made by Cheque, money order, direct cash payment into account, or COD, orders will not be sent until payment is received excepting COD, please contact us if you have any questions about payments.
Horse rugs: When trying rugs for fit please put a clean sheet over horse/pony first to keep rug clean, dirty rugs can not be returned if incorrect size.
Delivery Charges and Times: all orders are packaged appropriately and sent using Australia Post.
We only use Registered post when posting orders that are not COD or express.
Charges are worked out by size and weight at Australia Post
COD and express post incur an extra fee by Australia post.
Delivery is between 7 to 10 working days.
Made to order rugs can take 7 to 14 days to be ready to for posting.
Austraila Post dose not allow postage of aerosols via express, they must be packaged in a padded box & sent via truck. Orders containing aerosols will automaticaly be posted registered post.
If an item is not in stock at time of ordering you will be notified and the item will be sent as soon as it is in stock.
Refunds don’t include postage
